Thermal Features in Yellowstone National Park

Emerald pool and overflow


A wide overflow area has yellow and orange bacteria growing in it. The water itself is a deep emerald green. Between 2010 when I first saw it and 2019, the overflow area has shifted from the back of the pool to the front of the pool
